Over
the years i have kept Oscars i have had many pairs eat their eggs. This is really
frustrating especially if they have never spawned before and you dont know whether
they are a fertile pair. When a pair spawns for me the first time i like to
remove the eggs and hatch them artificially however nothing beats the site of
a pair of Oscars with hundreds of fry swimming around them. AlthoughI have had
a lot of pairs that will care for the fry I wanted all of the pairs that I had
to experience that so I designed an egg protector with which i had a great deal
of success.
